Most Vancouver condos and apartment towers run through a concierge desk, a fob or key code, or a lockbox, and some buildings require an elevator to be booked ahead of a larger job. We confirm access details, entry instructions, and any building-specific rules, quiet hours, service elevator windows, visitor sign-in, when you book, so the visit doesn't stall at the front desk.
If your strata has specific bylaws about contractor access or working hours, let us know when you book. We'll work around them rather than showing up and finding out on-site.
The right technique for the surfaces in your unit
Newer condos tend to have quartz or granite counters, engineered hardwood or laminate flooring, and glass shower enclosures, all of which need different care than what an older character home has. Quartz and granite can etch or dull under acidic cleaners; engineered hardwood warps if it's over-wetted rather than damp-mopped; glass enclosures streak without the right technique. Usually not for a standard visit inside your own unit. Some buildings do have bylaws around contractor hours, elevator use for larger jobs, or visitor sign-in, so let us know if your building has specific rules and we'll plan the visit around them.
How do your cleaners get into my unit if I'm not home?▾
Most of our condo clients arrange concierge sign-in, a lockbox, or a door code, and let the front desk know we're expected. We confirm the access method with you before the visit so there's no delay at the lobby.
Can you work around elevator booking windows or quiet hours in my building?▾
Yes. If your building requires a booked service elevator window or has quiet hours, tell us when you schedule and we'll time the visit to fit, especially for move-in/move-out cleans where we may need the elevator for a longer stretch.
Is a studio priced differently than a two-bedroom condo?▾

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?▾
Yes, our team brings all products and equipment needed for the visit. That matters more in smaller units where storage for cleaning supplies is often limited.
What isn't covered in a standard visit?▾
Exterior windows above the ground floor, mold or biohazard remediation, and moving heavy furniture are outside a standard cleaning. Let us know ahead of time if you need any of these and we'll quote them separately rather than skip them without warning.
