Your Trusted House Cleaning in Surrey
Surrey is the largest city by area in Metro Vancouver, built around six town centres rather than one downtown, and we clean homes across all of them. Whether you’re in a new tower near Surrey City Centre, an established family home in Guildford or Fleetwood, or an acreage out toward Cloverdale, we handle everything from dusting and vacuuming to kitchen sanitizing and bathroom deep cleaning, with window, carpet, and exterior washing available as add-ons. Regular weekly or bi-weekly service, a one-time deep clean, or post-construction cleanup on a new build, all quoted flat-rate by home size.
Surrey is the largest city by area in Metro Vancouver and is organised around six town centres rather than one downtown: Surrey City Centre in Whalley, Guildford, Fleetwood, Newton, Cloverdale, and South Surrey. They are genuinely different places, and a booking in a new City Centre tower has almost nothing in common with one on a Cloverdale acreage.
Surrey is also the fastest-growing city in the province and takes on more new residential construction than anywhere else in the region. That shows up directly in the work we do here: first-possession cleans on newly handed-over homes and post-construction cleanup after a build or renovation make up a bigger share of our Surrey bookings than they do anywhere else we serve.
Because Surrey covers so much ground, we ask which town centre you are in when you book rather than treating the city as one service area. Travel is included in the flat rate either way, but knowing whether you are in Grandview Heights or Port Kells lets us schedule the crew sensibly.

Frequently Asked Questions - Surrey
How much does house cleaning cost in Surrey?▾
Pricing is flat-rate by home size, from around $199 to $249 for a smaller unit up to $399 to $499 for a larger home, with separate rates for recurring service, a one-time standard or deep clean, and post-construction cleanup. Surrey is mostly detached and townhome housing, so bookings here typically land in the middle and upper tiers. The full breakdown by square footage is in the table above.
Do you serve all of Surrey or only South Surrey?▾
All of Surrey. We cover all six town centres: Surrey City Centre and Whalley, Guildford, Fleetwood, Newton, Cloverdale, and South Surrey, along with neighbourhoods like Clayton Heights, Grandview Heights, Sullivan Heights, and Port Kells. Travel is included in the flat rate.
Do you offer post-construction cleaning for new Surrey homes?▾
Yes, and it is priced as its own tier rather than as a standard clean. Surrey takes on more new residential construction than any other city in Metro Vancouver, and first-possession cleans are a regular part of our work here. Construction dust settles into window tracks, vents, and cabinet interiors well past what is visible, so it is a genuinely different job from a deep clean.
Do you clean condos around Surrey City Centre and King George Station?▾
Yes. The towers going up around Surrey City Centre are a growing part of what we book, and our crews are used to the concierge sign-in and elevator-booking procedures common in newer buildings.
Do you offer exterior house washing in Surrey?▾
Yes, exterior power washing is available for driveways, siding, patios, and walkways. It is a common request in Surrey, particularly on newer builds after construction and on north-facing surfaces that collect moss over the wet season.
Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?▾
Yes. We use eco-friendly products that are safe for family and pets, with no harsh chemicals. If anyone in the household has specific sensitivities, mention it when booking and we will plan the visit around it.
Cleaning in Surrey: Six Town Centres and a Constant Building Site
Surrey is the largest city by area in Metro Vancouver and the fastest-growing in the province, and it is not built like a normal city. Instead of one downtown it has six town centres, spread across a footprint that takes the better part of forty minutes to drive end to end. Cleaning a new tower unit beside King George Station and cleaning an acreage outside Cloverdale are jobs with almost nothing in common, and treating Surrey as a single service area is the fastest way to get a booking wrong.
Surrey City Centre and Whalley
The area around Surrey City Centre and King George Station has changed faster than anywhere else in the city. Highrise towers, SFU's Surrey campus, and a steady flow of new residential completions have turned what was a low-rise district into the densest part of the city. These units clean quickly per square foot, but building access is the real constraint: fob entry, visitor parking limits, and elevator bookings on move days. We confirm the building's procedure before the first visit rather than discovering it on arrival.
Guildford, Fleetwood, and Newton
The middle of Surrey is where most of the established housing sits: detached family homes and townhome complexes from the 1970s through the 2000s, larger than anything comparable in Vancouver and with more bathrooms per property. These are the bread-and-butter recurring bookings, and they generally land in the middle and upper flat-rate tiers because of the square footage rather than because of anything unusual about the work.
Cloverdale and the eastern edge
Out toward Cloverdale and Port Kells the lots get bigger and the housing thins out into acreages and semi-rural properties. Longer driveways, more entrances, more floor area, and in some cases outbuildings. Homes on this edge also pick up more field and road dust than the built-up parts of the city, particularly through dry stretches.
South Surrey
South of Highway 99, Grandview Heights, Morgan Creek, and Ocean Park run to larger, newer, higher-value detached homes, along with a good share of recent construction. This part of the city has its own page with more detail, but it is worth saying that South Surrey is one district of six rather than a stand-in for Surrey as a whole.
Why post-construction work matters more here
Surrey absorbs more new residential construction than any other city in the region, and that changes the mix of what we get asked for. First-possession cleans on newly handed-over homes and post-construction cleanup after a build or renovation are a bigger share of our Surrey work than anywhere else we serve. Construction dust is not surface dirt: it settles into window tracks, vents, light fixtures, and cabinet interiors, and it usually needs more than one pass. We price it as its own tier rather than folding it into a standard clean.
What this means for booking
Tell us which part of Surrey you are in, the rough size of the home, and whether it is a new build, an established family home, or an acreage. Pricing is flat-rate by square footage and published above, travel across the city is included, and the crew arrives planned around the specific property rather than a generic checklist.
