It’s completely up to you! Many of our clients prefer to provide access and go about their day. As long as we have a way to enter and instructions if needed, you don’t have to be home. Of course, you’re welcome to stay if you’d like.

No, you don’t need to bring or prepare anything. We bring all the necessary supplies and equipment. However, if you have specific instructions or products you prefer us to use, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate!
Not at all! We love pets and are happy to work in homes with animals. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly and ensure your pets are safe and comfortable during the cleaning.
