1. Services Provided

Speedy Sparkle Cleaning offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. All services are performed by trained professionals using approved cleaning products and equipment.

2. Booking & Scheduling

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or our website.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate service details (address, property size, special instructions).

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in case of emergencies, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing is based on the type and size of the property and the level of service required.

  • Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept [credit/debit cards, cash, online transfers – update as applicable].

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you’re not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.

  • This guarantee does not apply if the client is not present for the initial walkthrough or final inspection.

6. Access to Property

  • Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time (key, code, person present).

  • If our team cannot access the premises, a lockout fee may apply.

7. Liability

  • We take great care with your property and possessions. However, Speedy Sparkle Cleaning is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage or fragile items not disclosed.

    • Damage caused by improper installation or unsafe conditions.

  • Please secure any valuables or notify us of any items requiring special care.

8. Pets

  • Clients must inform us of any pets in the home prior to service.

  • Pets must be secured or supervised during service hours for the safety of our team.

9. Use of Website

  • All content on our website is for informational purposes only.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content, logos, or materials is prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms
